We are familiar with the process you are unfolding to start your new practice. In-between the big and the little steps you’ll be taking to start seeing patients, we can smoothly create your brand, launch your website, and build your marketing machine in time to market the announcement of your grand opening.
You will find below: details regarding the functionality of your DCTree website and marketing platform, our “getting started” process and a brief bio about us, as well as a detailed project plan from website through marketing. Lastly, we provide you with a fee structure and proposed schedule for our services.

Dr. Cory St. Denis started his first business at the age of 14 and has never looked back. Since the start of the DCTree, he has derived great pleasure working directly with businesses to continue their success via digital marketing. In addition to serving as the creative director for DCTree Marketing, Dr. Cory earned his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree in fall of 2014 & has been serving his local community via house calls.
Our process for branding and website development involves a 3-6 week turnaround. We can start on your project could be started as early as March 19th, 2021.
The first order of business will be a 30 minute branding meeting, followed by initial concept delivery of logo files. Once a logo concept is chose, we will walk you through the revision process so that the logo can be finalized. Once complete, our branding team will complete the branding guide and pass that along to the web team, who will begin to make you a website design. Digital files of all stationary, business cards, letter head and envelopes will be delivered to you so that you may make orders.
Once we begin the website project onboarding, we will include a guide that contains an outline and suggested “starter copy” that you can import into a document to re-work to fit the specifics of your individual practice details. We will take the completed content you provide us with and use it to create a state of the art website and marketing platform.
A first draft will be presented to you roughly 5-10 business days after we are able to confirm we have everything we need to complete the design. You will review the first draft and work with us to develop a list of any revisions, additions, or modifications. Once the new website design is ready to launch, we will put the site live at your domain.
***You need to purchase your domain name, so that you always retain ownership of it. We will create a “coming soon” page until your real site goes live If you provide us with the domain credentials as soon as possible (this would be wherever you purchase your domain registration from: we recommend name.com or GoDaddy).
By the end of the 3rd month, you will be “digitally” market to new patients through paid advertising, as well as build your local network with a series of pre-built funnels to interact with other businesses, groups, and networking organizations such as BNI or your local chamber of commerce. This is when you will meet with your DCTree contact to assess data from your online reputation audit, create a 12 month marketing calendar, and employ your most profitable ads connected to your highest performing website funnels. Your plan may include other services not yet proposed based on your goals.
